• Vehicles must be in roadworthy and legal condition. The chauffeur may refuse to drive unsafe or non-road legal vehicles.

Amendments and Cancellations:

• Amendments and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the drop-off date, subject to applicable administrative charges.

• Customers are advised to carry a copy of their confirmation email on the day of travel.

Arrival procedure:

1. Drop-off Area: Upon arrival, park your car at the Drop off area.

2. Reception: Bring your luggage to the reception area where a staff member will assist you.

3. Key Handling: You will need to leave your keys with the staff so your car can be moved to a secured area within the car park.

4. Transfer: Once all procedures are complete, you will be transferred to the terminal. The transfer typically takes around 10 minutes.

Important Notices:

• Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ): Effective from 29th August 2023, the ULEZ will cover all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport. Non-compliant vehicles will be subject to a charge of £12.50. Setting up AUTO PAY when entering the airport is recommended to avoid penalty tickets. The service operator is not responsible for penalties resulting from failure to pay the ULEZ charge.

• Drop-off Zone Charge: From 1st November 2021, Heathrow Airport imposes a £5 charge each way for using the designated drop-off zones directly outside the terminals. This fee is not included in the booking cost and must be paid at the Aygo Parking counter at the time of departure.
