When you arrive, park your car at the Drop off area wait for our staff member to guide you.
You will have to leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the designated area in the car park. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal by our staff.

Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 3
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Terminal 5
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.
During the busy periods your car may be moved to our secondary compound within 5 miles radius of our main car park.
