Additional Information:

• Vehicle Restrictions: Very large vehicles and minibuses may require prior arrangements.
• Insurance: All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Important Notes:

• ULEZ Charge: Effective from August 29, 2023, the Ultra Low Emission Zone will apply at Heathrow Airport. Ensure your vehicle meets emissions standards or set up AUTO PAY to avoid penalties.
• Booking Terms: Compare Airport Parking Deals acts as a booking agent. Your service contract is with the chosen provider, and any claims or issues should be addressed directly with them.
• Cancellation Policy: No cancellation or refund for bookings made for the same day.

Late Arrivals / Return

If you are returning early or late than booked time/date, please give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise there could be a delay.

Arrival:

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off level 4 short stay car park row B.

Arrival:

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. When you will take the exit to the arrival hall please cross the road directly towards the short stay car park. Once you are in the short stay car park you should get the lift to level 2. Your vehicle will be returned where signs say off air meet & greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building.

PLEASE Note :

Airport parking charges both ways not included.

Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023. If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets. The operator will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.

You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays, breakdowns or service delays during busy periods. If you are late or early, please inform Falcon Parking as soon as possible. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to your service.
