  2. South Terminal Directions:

    • Enter the South Terminal.
    • Follow signs for "Short Stay & Pick Up."
    • Go through the barriers, take a ticket, and proceed to "Orange Car Park 3."
    • Park on the 4th Floor or Level 4.
    • Hand over your car key(s) to the staff member.
  3. North Terminal Directions:

    • Enter the North Terminal.
    • Follow signs for "Short Stay & Pick Up."
    • Go through the barriers, take a ticket, and keep right.
    • Proceed to "Short Stay Car Park Number 6."
    • Park on the 5th Floor or Level 5.
    • Hand over your car key(s) to the staff member.

Arrival/Return Procedure

  1. Returning Procedure:
    • Call the service once you have collected your luggage.
    • Allow 25-30 minutes for the delivery of your vehicle.
    • Upon vehicle collection, inspect it thoroughly.
    • Report any discrepancies or concerns immediately to the driver.
    • Liability claims will not be considered after the vehicle has been handed over, so ensure you check thoroughly before leaving.

  • Moving and Relocation of Vehicles: The company reserves the right to move vehicles within or outside the car parks if necessary, up to a maximum of 35-40 miles, for emergency or operational reasons.

Ensure you plan accordingly, especially during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances that may affect pick-up/delivery times.
